본문 Looking from the perspective of the congruence model,
many elements are lacking solid definitions. In regards to structure, it is very
simple. Mainly, there are two divisions called Data Management and Exhibition
Administration. For the data management team, there are mainly public officials
doing administrative works such as accounting, data collection, researching,
finance, and processing documents. For the exhibition administration team, there
are some public officials with two experts in the performance art realm who
shows around important and detailed exhibitions. In the exhibition
administration team, there is an abundant need for the volunteers to help out
with the workload when there are a lot of visitors at the museum. Because
volunteers are crucial parts of the museum, the congruence model applies to the
community created within the volunteers and some public officials in this
museum.
The strategy of the organization virtually does not have a clear
presence. Mainly because the museum was found very recently, there hasn’t been
any special strategy put to a good use. Main strategy of the organization can be
expressed as recruiting good human resources in volunteer sector and some
marketing efforts to increase its exposure to the public. Currently, the
marketing effort that the organization is holding is the operation of website
that briefly introduces the museum. Also, their strategy of recruiting good
volunteers is not meeting a satisfactory level.
Then what would the
culture, rewards, and people elements of this organization be like? Again, we
weren’t able to extract any solid information because the
